What Bird Is This?

This large raptor notches up the excitement anytime it cruises by a hawkwatch site. Its compact wings and relatively long tail allow it to hunt birds on the wing, and it can overpower birds as large as ducks and turkeys. This juvenile's bold white eyebrow and zig-zag stripes in the tail help with the ID. Do you know the name of this powerful predator?
