Scenic Wonders: Visit forested highlands, active volcanoes, hardened lava flows, gorgeous lagoons. Stroll among palo santo trees, and on emerald beaches where olivine crystals hide among the sand. Some of the world’s most famous reptiles live in these unique habitats, and are found nowhere else on Earth: wild giant tortoises (largest on the planet), heaps of diving marine iguanas, elusive orange Galapagos land iguanas, and bright, spunky lava lizards.
Encounters with a menagerie of marine life: Paddling through lush mangroves and pristine bays that serve as nurseries for young sea turtles and rays; close views of penguins, sea lions, and Galapagos fur seals along rocky islets; snorkeling with manta rays, sea turtles, and some of the most colorful and charismatic tropical fishes in the Pacific!
