What they eat: These birds generally eat many types of insects and spiders, but you can attract them to your backyard with sunflower seeds and peanuts. White-breasted Nuthatches visit tube, hopper, platform, and suet cage feeders. |

Where they live: Forests and open areas with large trees are where White-breasted Nuthatches are most often found. They occur from southern Canada to northern Florida and southern Mexico. |
